Installation Instruction

• First of all backup your system and charge your phone battery full
• Install HYPERION Custom Rom if not installed see Instruction here
• As now you are on hyperion Custom Rom Put the downloaded  Xperia S theme  file in the root directory of your's phone SD Card and turn your phone off.
• Now Reboot the phone in Recovery mode by pressing Volume Up + Home + Power Key together.
• When yours phone enter recovery mode touch screen become function less so use volume key to move up and down home key for making selection and power button as back key. 
• In recovery, select Install update from SD Card and navigate to root directory of SD card.
• Then Select the download file xperia theme for hyperion.zip and install.
• Let the process be completed and then Reboot now.

Congratulation! you have successfully installed Xperia S theme for hyperion Custom Rom v1.0 on galaxy y s5360  In case you find any bug post on the thread page so developer can fix when he releases new update.(Source)
