Although it is a nice looking Rom as its a really heavy themed ROM with lots of mods and is really fast and stable. Although there are few bugs in it, So we can't recommend it for daily uses. But if you are a looking for CyanogenMod on your galaxy y you can try this modded Rom let me remind you that it is a modded version and ported from Galaxy Ace. Requirement:
A Rooted Samsung galaxy yAny kernel which supports CM7 for galaxy y.

Installation Instruction
- Download CM7.2-DEMOCRACY FINAL EDITION ROM file and place in Root directory of your sd card. Make sure that that is not placed in any sub folder because the zip file will not get recognized in recovery mode.
- Now Reboot phone in Recovery mode by pressing volume up+ home+power buttons together.
- After entering into recovery mode first of all do a data reset and reset cache .
- Then select the option install zip from sd card-> choose "DEMOCRACY final edition for gt-5360.zip" from sd card and ok
- Wait for few minutes to get installed and after installation select ‘Go Back’ and reboot.
