• Smart keyboard (for better arabic text)

After Flashing do this setting :

More locale Setting:

• open app
• Tap on Menu and tap "Add locale"
• Give a Label
• Choose Arabic language
• Chose United Arab emirates for country.. 'Add'
• Then choose arabic

Smart keyboard Setting :

• Open Setting
• Choose local and text 
• Then Choose smartkeyboard pro 
• Choose "language" then choose "Current language"
• Then choose arabic

Congratulation you have installed Arabic Language Pack on your Samsung galaxy Y. If you notice any bugs post on thread page so that dev can fix it on next update
